Background and Aim: According to the contraindication usage of IV thrombolysis for patients with previous ICH in guideline and Because of different outcome about use of IV TPA in patient with previous ICH & Warfarin consumption which hasnchr('39')t reported yet,it made us try it And it had therapeutic result.
Case Report: Y/O woman with sudden left hemiplegia that she had ICH 6 months ago and because of AF was on warfarin.she was diagnosed with ischemic CVA and NIHSS:20 at first but after twice injection of IV TPA ,finally discharged with NIHSS :3 .
Conclusion: In this treatment procedure there was a CVA patient on warfarin consumption elected for IV thrombolysis and some complications happened :such as second CVA in one week later after first IV TPA injection, and then she had second IV thrombolysis but finally it caused to discharge symptom free.According to severity of CVA in any patient and past history of them,itchr('39')s possible to use IV TPA injection.
